Complete Commissioning, Inc. was contracted by the general contractor to perform construction phase commissioning for the new 11,492 square foot two-story vehicle recovery facility for the Montgomery County Police Department. The firm performed construction phase commissioning in accordance with the project specifications and NEBB standards, which included weekly site observations for all of the commissioned systems, and close coordination with the contractor’s quality control team and program.
