Complete Commissioning, Inc. was contracted directly by the owner for commissioning services via existing client relationship.
Project is a tenant specific fit out for medical office application at an existing LEED Silver Certified building. Area of fit out includes 160,000 square feet of the building’s 500,000 square feet. The areas of tenant fit out include four floors (Ground, Concourse, 6th and 7th) in the Station Place Building 3. Program elements include a comprehensive radiology suite and a pharmacy on the concourse level, a conference facility on the ground floor, exam rooms, procedure rooms, physician office and support spaces on the 6th and 7th floors. MEP systems will have extensive upgrades to support Kaiser Permanente’s functional use of the existing building. Complete Commissioning performed design and construction phase commissioning in accordance with NEBB standards.
