Complete Commissioning was hired to perform a full HVAC assessment and performance testing for the mechanical systems in an existing four story hotel with ±200 guest rooms. The performance testing performed by CCI included field capacity measurements, system performance (airflow, power, BTUH rejection). The public spaces are served by chilled water equipment; guest rooms are served by ceiling mounted fan coils and roof mounted condensing units. The hotel includes a full restaurant and bar with full kitchen, as well as retail spaces on the first floor.

As a follow-up to this project, CCI was also hired to perform energy payback calculations for proposed modifications as part of the hotel renovation package.
