2501 M Street is an existing building constructed in 1979, consisting of six stories of commercial space, three stories of residential condominiums, and two stories of below grade parking. Complete Commissioning provided Retro-Commissioning services for the commercial space totaling approximately 78,000 square feet. Services included review of the control system, review of utility bills for power usage, as-built document review, development and implementation of the commissioning plan, review of current air and water flow rates, field testing of existing systems, discovery log preparation, corrective action recommendations and payback analysis, and preparation of the commissioning report, and maintenance staff and tenant interviews.
